Seek admin support for flexible schedule (swap lunch one day, etc.)
Securing administrative support is key
Control of classroom –
students are more motivated and motivated, engaged students less likely to misbehave. Teacher needs to be up and around interacting with students. Good planning by teacher can avoid many problems.
Students in each group are assigned jobs within group as part of their individual assessment
Convincing teacher to let go of control of classroom enough to collaborate with tech leader - prior planning may help with this
